§ 6-391. Adopted.

  • The publication known as The International Residential Code/2006 , including Appendix Chapters B, D, G, H, J, M, and N as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the residential code, for the regulation the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, addition to, use or maintenance of one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses not more than three (3) stories in height, and providing for the issuance of permits and collections of fees therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Residential Code are herby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, prescribed in section 6-392.
