Section I of Ord. No. 6172, adopted Feb. 28, 1989, specifically repealed former § 6-219, relative to signs, which derived from Code 1978, § 515.240; and Ord. No. 6142, § 7(23), adopted Sept. 13, 1988. Section I of the ordinance also purported to add a new § 6-219, which provisions where included herein by the editor as § 6-204, for the purposes of classification.
