§ 25-5. Appraisal prior to sale of city-owned real estate.
Latest version.
No city-owned real estate with an estimated value exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) shall be purchased, sold, or traded without first obtaining an appraisal of the value of said property by a neutral certified commercial real estate appraiser.
