§ 21-13. Recreational equipment in streets or rights-of-way.

No person shall erect or place either permanently or temporarily any recreational equipment in a street or street right-of-way of the city. This shall include, but not be limited to, such devices as basketball goals, soccer nets, tennis nets and baseball backstops.
