§ 17-18. Officers; meetings, quorum.

The city planning, zoning and historic preservation commission shall elect from its members a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary and may adopt such rules and regulations for its own organization and procedure as it may deem proper. Said commission shall meet at such time and at such place as shall be designated by the chairman or vice-chairman thereof. A simple majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
