§ 16-11. Hours of operation.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in a municipal park of the city from midnight to one-half hour prior to sunrise unless hours are otherwise posted in said park and/or unless such person and/or group has prior written authorization from the city to be present during such prohibited hours. The police department shall be furnished a copy of all such written authorizations.
