§ 13-221. Interment of human bodies.
Latest version.
No human body shall be buried or interred within the city limits except in a cemetery. For the purposes of this section, a cemetery shall be defined as containing a minimum of three (3) acres with two (2) entrances or exits and recorded plots for burial of human bodies. This section shall not regulate the disposal of cremated human remains.
