§ 6-491. Generally.

The equipment, processes and operations involving the manufacture, possession, storage, sale, transportation, maintenance and use of explosive materials shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 27 and the provisions of this chapter, NFPA 495, ATF publication 5400.7 (6/90) and DOT 49 CFR listed in Chapter 44.
