§ 6-202. Plumbing code adopted; amendments.

(a)

The publication known as The International Plumbing Code/2006 including Appendix Chapters B, D, and F, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the plumbing code, for the regulation the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems and providing for the issuance of permits and collections of fees therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Plumbing Code are herby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, prescribed in subsection (b) of this section.

(b)

The International Plumbing Code/2006 is amended and revised in the following respects:
