§ 4-14. Trapping animals.

No person shall use, or permit to be used, any trap or other trapping device for the purpose of collecting, catching, or trapping any animal within the city limits or any city land outside the city limits when such device is designed or tends to cause injury or death to the animal unless authorized by the city council.
