§ 3-82. Fee.  


Latest version.
  • Prior to the issuance or renewal of a license under this division the appropriate annual fee listed below shall be paid to the city:

    (1)

    For a retail license to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package, seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

    (2)

    For a retail license to sell malt liquor by the drink for consumption on the premises, fifty-two dollars and fifty cents ($52.50).

    (3)

    For a retail license to sell malt liquor in the original package, twenty-two dollars and fifty cents ($22.50).

    (4)

    For a retail license to sell intoxicating liquors in the original package on Sundays, three hundred dollars ($300.00).

    (5)

    For a retail license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink Monday through Saturday for a "restaurant bar" as defined by RSMo. section 311.097 or for a "resort" as defined by RSMo. section 311.095, seventy-five dollars ($75.00);

    (6)

    For a retail license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink on Sundays for a "restaurant bar" as defined by RSMo. section 311.097 or for a "resort" as defined by RSMo. section 311.095, three hundred dollars ($300.00).
