§ 2-211. Generally.

There is created the office of parks administrator. The parks administrator shall be appointed by the mayor with the consent of a majority of the members elected to the council. The parks administrator may be removed from office by the mayor with the consent of a majority of all the members elected to the council or by two-thirds vote of all members elected to the council without the approval of the mayor.
