§ 2-22. Regular meetings and adjourned meetings.

Regular meetings of the council shall be held at the city council chamber on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:30 p.m., and adjourned meetings may be held whenever deemed necessary. When the second or fourth Tuesday of any month falls upon a legal holiday or when for any reason the council fails to meet upon the second or fourth Tuesday as provided herein, then the meeting shall be held upon the day following, at the same time and place as provided in this section.
