§ 23-425. Truck parking limited.

Latest version.

No commercial vehicle over two (2) tons, including, but not limited to, any tractor trailer unit or any trailer detached from tractor or any tractor detached from trailer, shall park on any public street in the city that is immediately adjacent to any area zoned A, B, C-1 or C by the city.

No vehicle licensed over eighteen thousand (18,000) pounds gross weight shall park on any municipal owned parking lot with the following exceptions:
(1)

Recreation vehicles;

(2)

Tour buses;

(3)

Vehicles being used by drivers undergoing testing for Commercial Driver's License (C.D.L.) at Memorial Hall.
