§ 23-641. Recreational off-highway vehicle.

  • (a)

    Definitions: "Recreational off-highway vehicle," is any motorized vehicle manufactured and used exclusively for off-highway use which is more than fifty (50) inches but no more than sixty-seven (67) inches in width, with an unladen dry weight of two thousand (2,000) pounds or less, traveling on four (4) or more non-highway tires and which may have access to ATV trails.

    (b)

    Regulations: Sections 23-632, 23-633, 23-634, 23-635, 23-637, 23-638 and 23-639 as stated above shall apply to operators of all recreational off-highway vehicles driven within the city.
