§ 23-28. Stop signs and yield right-of-way signs.

The police committee of the city council shall designate the location of stop signs and yield right-of-way signs within the city. The city council may by resolution alter such designations. A current list of all such designated placements of signs shall be kept on file in the offices of the city clerk and the chief of police.
