§ 21-271. Purpose.

It is the purpose of this article to promote and protect the public health, safety, and general welfare of the public by providing for the regulation of the planting, maintenance, and removal of trees, shrubs, and other plants located on public rights-of-way, public easements, public parks, and all property owned by the City of Carthage, Missouri.
