§ 21-230. Excavating, refilling and restoring pavement.

All work of excavating, refilling, and restoring pavement in connection with the placement of poles in streets or alleys shall be done under the supervision of the street commissioner, and in all cases the pavement shall be restored as soon as possible to the same condition as it was before, at the expense of the person moving the same.
