§ 20-2. Purpose and intent.

The purpose and intent of these regulations is to insure that a sanitary and satisfactory method of preparation, storage, collection, transportation, and disposition of solid waste be provided and that the provisions of chapter 20 be construed liberally so that the maintenance of public and private property, in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition, might be accomplished for the peace, health, and safety of the community.
