§ 17-84. Duty of city engineer.

It shall be the duty of the city engineer, when he has knowledge or information that any building in the city is not numbered in accordance with the requirements of this article, or when ordered to do so by the council, to notify the owner of or the occupant of such building forthwith to install the proper number on the building.
