§ 12-113. Fee.

"No license shall be issued or renewed under this division until the applicant pays an annual license fee to the city based upon gross receipts as follows: one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) plus ten cents ($0.10) per one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of all gross receipts over two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00). The term "gross receipts," as used in this section, shall exclude the sale of shop parts and the amount allowed for a trade-in shall be deducted from the sales price of an automobile to determine the gross receipts on any particular sale.
